Standard Arbitration Clause
Use this clause in commercial contracts to submit future disputes to RESOLVO360 arbitration.
"Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the RESOLVO360 Arbitration Rules. The number of arbitrators shall be [one/three]. The place of arbitration shall be [City, Country]. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be [Language]."
Standard Mediation Clause
Use this clause to ensure parties attempt mediation before resorting to arbitration or litigation.
"In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract, the parties agree to submit the matter to settlement proceedings under the RESOLVO360 Mediation Rules. If the dispute has not been settled pursuant to the said Rules within [45] days following the filing of a Request for Mediation, such dispute shall be finally settled under the Rules of Arbitration of RESOLVO360."
