By accessing or using the RESOLVO360 platform, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Platform Use

RESOLVO360 provides a digital infrastructure for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the platform.

3. Procedural Rules

Parties submitting a dispute to RESOLVO360 agree to abide by the applicable RESOLVO360 Arbitration or Mediation Rules in effect on the date of commencement of the proceedings, unless the parties have expressly agreed otherwise.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither RESOLVO360, its officers, employees, nor any arbitrator or mediator shall be liable to any party for any act or omission in connection with any arbitration or mediation conducted under these Rules.
